How much time do I need to commit?

Most October 2026 roles run for five weeks in Abuakwa South Municipality. Ongoing and project-based roles vary in length — the time commitment for each is listed on the role and confirmed during your conversation with the team.

No formal teaching qualification is required for most roles. We look for relevant skills — teaching, IT/digital, design, communications or project management — and a willingness to learn; training is provided before deployment.

The current October 2026 cohort roles are in-person in Abuakwa South Municipality. Some ongoing and future roles are hybrid or fully remote — note your preference on the application form and we’ll match you accordingly.

Volunteer roles are unpaid. Any reimbursement or in-kind support (such as transport for in-person placements) will be confirmed with shortlisted applicants during onboarding.
